Requirements for High5 Finance

1. Your latest payslip

2. A clear copy of your Identity Document - please enlarge 200% so that the photograph is clear

3. Proof of residence

    Any one (1) of the following documents, linking your name to your residence address:

    - Telephone account, Cellphone account, Electricity account, TV license SARS IT34, Deed of sale, Rental Agreement,   

    Life Insurance Policy (Unfortunately, short term insurance won't do)

4. Your latest bank statement

    Formal Bank Statements and Downloaded Statements are only acceptable if they have the following:

    - Name of Institution, Account Number, Account Name, Date of statement (we need the last full months statement

    showing income)

    If the bank statements are not in the same of the applicant then we will need the following:

    - Spouses' (1 month) bank statement are suitable as long as we can verify the applicant's income and it is

    accompanied by a letter of authority from the spouse giving us permission to debit the account.

    - If the bank statements are in the name of a CC then these should be accompanied by CK documents indicating the

    members of the CC. We will also need 3 full months' bank statements.

    - If the account is in the name of a Sole Proprietor we will accept the bank statement as long as they are

    accompanied by a letter from the customer's business banker stating that the account is operated in the proprietor's

    own capacity.

    - If the customer is Self Employed  we need 3 full month's bank statements so that we can calculate average earnings.

    - We do not accept bank statements downloaded into a Word document or Excel spreadsheet.

    - We do not accept Pty (Ltd) and Trust account bank statement, or Credit Card statements.
